The service is available at Hong Kong International Airport as well as Hong Kong station and Kowloon station on the Airport Express line. Service hours of the Left Luggage Counters are set in line with the operating hours of the Airport Express line to ensure the counter is open to service left luggage customers.
Guardforce also operates a tax refund counter on behalf of Hong Kong’s Civil Aviation Department to process airport tax refund for a specific list of airport users such as diplomats who are exempt from the tax.
