Applying technology in property management is able to address the current pain points of the industry and benefit many stakeholders.

Guardforce’s Deputy Managing Director Mr Andrew Wong had the honor of speaking at the CPD course hosted by Hong Kong Property Innovative Technology and Environmental Protection Association (HKPIEA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers (HKICPM) on 1 September at the International Property Management and Procurement Expo.

In the CPD themed “The Past and the Future of Property Management Sustainability and Technological Application”, Andrew talked about how to make use of environmental protection and technological solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency and user experience, and create a stronger competitive edge through transforming property management .

Also speaking at the CPD course were other experts in the field, including Dr Lobo Fung, HKICPM chairman, Prof Emil Chan, honorary consultant of HKPIEA, and Mr Alex Kong, CEO of LBS Smart Technology Limited.
