Guardforce is honored to have received the Social Capital Builder Logo Awards 2022, in recognition of our contributions to the development of social capital from 2020 to 2022 and enhancing the community’s capacity.

The Social Capital Builder (SCB) Awards 2022 was organized by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau’s Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF), which aims to promote unity, social cohesion and inclusion of the community. The biennial Social Capital Builder Awards provide an opportunity for various sectors of the community to witness and share the achievements in building social capital in Hong Kong. The assessment criteria are based on 6 core social capital dimensions, namely, social networks, social participation, trust and solidarity, mutual-help and reciprocity, social cohesion and inclusion, and information and communication.

The award ceremony was held on 14 December 2022 (Wednesday) in a hybrid format at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The number of participating organizations and corporations in this edition of the award program was close to a record high.
