We are truly proud of our security guards showing professionalism that is well recognised by our customers. In one incident in November 2019, two Guardforce guards did a good job managing the situation. They handled crowd and traffic control and kept the situation calm after an accident occurred in the school they serve. Their act was highly praised by the school. Our Managing Director, Mr Thomas Ng, went to the school on 16^th January and personally presented recognition awards to the two guards on duty to applaud their performance. The incident once again shows that training is very crucial to ensure our staff stay responsive to handle critical situations.
