Grand Chan, general counsel of Guardforce was invited to be a speaker in the “Cyber Security for SME Firms Sharing Session” hosted by Law Society on 22nd March evening. Grand emphasised the importance of maintaining up-to-date technical precautions to prevent all types of data breach and cyber-attack. He said lawyers had the legal and professional duties to protect all business affairs and data of their customers, and avoid negligence that might lead to disciplinary proceedings.
