Guardforce took part again in the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit, jointly organised by the Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. The event was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 3-6 November. In this year’s expo, Guardforce introduced the vitals sensor, VR 360 virtual tour goggles and delivery robot, alongside our anti-wandering solution powered by facial recognition, radar-sensing fall prevention solution and Exbrain brain activity stimulator that has been demonstrated in the past.
The fall prevention and vitals sensor solutions can track the safety of seniors at all times so that caregivers can provide immediate assistance if an accident takes place.
The brain activity stimulation solutions, including Exbrain and VR 360, encourage seniors to take part in cognition activities to slow the onset of dementia.
The delivery robot can help to transfer materials or meals in a care home to make indoor delivery more efficient and lessen the workload for care workers.
By using innovative technology, Guardforce contributes to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly, while helping to elevate efficiency despite manpower shortages.
