The 2^nd International Property Management and Procurement Expo was held from 31 August to 1 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The annual expo brings together property management practitioners and innovative solution developers to promote the application of technological tools for property management, and to showcase how to use cutting-edge technology to enhance the quality of property management. It helps to promote new development for the property management industry in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and internationally.

Guardforce took part in the Expo and exhibited property management solutions that can help improve efficiency and user experience for the industry. The solutions exhibited can cater to different facilities and customer needs. Other than the Smart Building Solution, Smart Bin/Recycling Bin and Smart Toilets, we also introduced the latest Smart Monitoring Centre and Smart Safety Monitoring System, as well as the integrated Smart Care Solutions for monitoring bed exit. Visitors of the Expo shared positive feedback towards Guardforce’s novel solutions and hope to make use of the various IoT-enabled solutions to strengthen management and improve workflow.
