Under the leadership of our group chairman George Chin, Guardforce held the International Security Officers’ Day (ISO Day) on July 24 for the first time this year. The choice of the date is a tribute to the 24/7 dedication of all our security professionals. The entire Guardforce group, from Hong Kong to Macau, Thailand and Australia, were joined by our customers and partners in celebrating security personnel and showing appreciation to the contributions and work ethics of security professionals. In total 9,500 participants across the various regions joined in our celebration of the ISO Day.
Guardforce Hong Kong celebrated the day by presenting souvenirs to security colleagues. Security team supervisors acknowledged frontline colleagues during the briefing on the day. Some of our corporate partners, such as Prince of Wales Hospital, celebrated the day with a cake for security professionals.

 We look forward to many more ISO Days to come in the future, as we lobby the United Nations to officially declare July 27 of every year as global ISO Day.
