Ms Ida Chi, Group CEO of Guardforce group was invited to speak at the Cyberport Virtual Career Fair 2022 on 6th June. Ida joined the panel session “Great Bay Area (GBA) Talent Development – Women Entrepreneurship & Business Opportunity in GBA Development”, along with other women leaders from different industries.
In the session, women entrepreneurs shared their achievements and insights regarding the talent development and business opportunity in smart city transformation across the GBA. Ida talked about the challenges and success factors for transforming a traditional security company into an innovative company fostering technological solutions as a woman leader. She also shared her views on the difference of expanding business in Hong Kong and the GBA area. Through the talk, she hoped to inspire young people to look at career development in GBA.
