Guardforce Joined Inaugural International Property Management And Procurement Expo

PropEX 2021 | VIP Tour - Guardforce

Guardforce exhibited at the inaugural International Property Management and Procurement Expo, conceived especially for the property management industry to advance industry best practices. The event was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 4-6 November.

Guardforce showcased a comprehensive property management solution that augments security and safety of a building. The solution encompasses smart recycling bin, smart bin, smart building management, smart toilet and robotics.

The smart building management solution uses the Internet of Things (IoT), backed by Guardforce’s proven capabilities in security, to centrally manage all maintenance and repair works at much quicker response time. The solution can help to mitigate risks of unexpected incidents and reduce reliance on manpower.

Smart recycling bin and smart bin come in different configurations to meet varied needs. The latest smart recycling bin can sort waste by type, automatically identify users and record waste weight. It helps to simplify waste processing, in preparation for the impending municipal solid waste charging scheme.

The smart toilet solution enables a clean-on-demand approach, so that manpower can be optimally arranged to clean a designated area only when needed.

Smart robots can operate completely autonomously, with consistent performance, to efficiently take over monotonous and repetitive tasks so that manpower costs can be better controlled.

Meanwhile, the Hong Kong Property Innovative Technology and Environmental Protection Association (HKPIEA) was also inaugurated on 6 November at the Expo. Guardforce’s CEO Ms Ida Chi is the Association’s chairperson, and is committed to rallying the industry to support sustainability in the community, in line with Guardforce’s mission to deliver innovative solutions to support sustainable initiatives and help the property management industry deal with operational challenges more efficiently.
