In subsequent to the last month’s speech with overwhelming feedback, our general counsel Grand Chan conducted his second speech again in the “Cyber Security for SME Firms Sharing Session” hosted by Law Society on 16 April evening. Cyberattack becomes more common nowadays and lawyers should have the legal and professional duties to protect all business affairs and data of their customers, and avoid negligence that might lead to disciplinary proceedings.
